What is a OLM file?

OLM (Outlook for Mac) is the export/archive format used by Microsoft Outlook for Mac. It stores emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, and notes in a compressed archive. OLM is essentially the Mac equivalent of PST but uses a different internal structure. OLM files are commonly created when migrating from Outlook for Mac to another email client or platform.
