Email address and name at registration
Email files uploaded for conversion (PST, OST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, OLM)
Conversion metadata (format, size, date, status)
Technical connection data (IP address, browser, timestamp)

2. How We Process Your Data

Your data is processed solely to provide the email archive conversion service. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Uploaded files are processed automatically on our secure servers. No manual reading of your email content is ever performed.

3. Storage & Security

Data is hosted on secure infrastructure within the European Union. All transfers are encrypted via TLS. Converted files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after download or within a maximum of 24 hours.

4. Data Deletion

Uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after conversion completes. You can request early deletion of your files at any time from your user dashboard.

Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data and conversion history.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
Right to object: object to the processing of your data
Right to restriction: restrict how your data is processed
