1. Service Description

MailtoPst is an online email archive conversion service. It allows you to convert files in PST, OST, MBOX, EML, EMLX, MSG, and OLM formats from one format to another. The service is accessible via a web browser after creating a user account.

2. Acceptable Use

By using MailtoPst, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations of the service
• Not upload files containing malicious software
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

3. Pricing & Credits

The service operates on a prepaid credit system. Each conversion uses one or more credits depending on file size and conversion format. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

Prices are displayed in euros (tax included) and may change at any time. Price changes do not apply to credits already purchased.

4. Refund Policy

Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in the event of a confirmed service malfunction preventing a conversion. In such cases, the consumed credits will be re-credited to your account.

In the event of a dispute, you may contact our support team for an amicable resolution. In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for any purchase, provided that the credits have not been used.

5. Limitation of Liability

MailtoPst is provided "as is." We make every effort to ensure conversion quality but cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors or interruptions.

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, particularly in the event of data loss. You are responsible for keeping a backup of your original files before any conversion.
